Your Second Visit to Our Canyon Country Practice

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings. During this visit we discuss the specifics of your care plan. Length of care, type of treatments, and cost, are just a few of the topics addressed. Each is given consideration with regard to you individual goals.

The Report of Findings is usually attended to on your second visit. However, it's scheduling may vary depending on your unique situation. It may be later the same day or the following day. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

• Reduces the length of your first visit
• Gives us time to correlate our findings
• Avoids overloading you with too much information 

Remember you're the Boss! And we are here to serve you whether you decide on pain relief, restorative care, or wellness care.
